My first gallery show went really well.I sold a piece.I was asked
to teach some art classes as well.So excited.
I have 3 rolls of film to develop but no time to do it.
Focusing on my mom,who was a bit under the weather for a while.
As soon as she's back home,I'll be able to get back
into the swing of things.

The Art Fair-
The judges were very impressed with the quality of the work.
I always have a lot of anxiety in regards to this.This is really a
reflection of my ability to effectively teach art. They were happy
to see some new things and all the watercolor paintings.
They felt that the grant money and the better materials we worked
with really made an impact.
I will post some of the images later.
I have name labels to put on...lots.

the Art Fair is right around the corner,and there is
still heaps of work to do.I'm matting the watercolors,
something I didn't do previous.What ever wins will go to
another show,and be put up for sale.
I will have so much work to do,hanging work,and labeling
after the judging.
My work for the BH show is still not ready to hang....but
neither is D.'s come to think of it....or Aidan's...

Got a new camera today,and I'm still
playing with all the new-camera-goodness.
Did 4 drawingsencil sketches,pen&ink, and
water-soluble graphite,and 1 watercolor.

ugh
I love deviant and all but it is sooo being a bitch today.
It's all "timed out" and it's taken all friggin day to log in.
what's the deal?...

I went to a Rugby game today at Dyl's school.The weather was suck-ass
but the game was actually good.They kicked ass 65 -0...
I took the old 35 mm camera,as D. hogs the fucking Canon Rebel.
Some of his shots were quite good. I think, no I feel like I got some good shots,
especially kinda coming right at me. I'm pissed because after shooting,when I went
to wind up the roll,it was not feeling right. Luckily, I waited till I got home
to see the problem:the fucking film just broke off the cannister part and was
stuck on the take up reel.I worked in the dark of my sweatshirt to get it off, wrap
it back up,and can it in black, electrical tape cannister...maybe it worked,
I really hope so,I will be rather despondent if it failed.

I never get to use the Canon Rebel,and it's getting on my nerves.
This weather ..I have had enough rain,thank-you..now bring me Spring,
now,damn-it.
